Reporting an Unauthorized or unrecognized transaction in the Bakkt® App
If there is an unrecognized or unauthorized transaction(s) associated with your Bakkt App account, please contact Bakkt Customer Care immediately with the following information:
- The date(s) and times the transaction(s) took place.
- Transaction ID(s)
The easiest way to provide the requested information is to send a screenshot of the transaction details by going to the Activity portion of the Bakkt App and clicking on the transaction to view the transaction details.
