I did not receive an OTP code. What can I do?

Unable to Authenticate Identity in the Bakkt®App

This article will guide you through the steps to take if you have not received your OTP code in the Bakkt App. 

1. Make sure you are using the email or phone number associated with your Bakkt App account and check your email spam folder. 

2. Make sure you have a strong connection to the internet. Connect to wi-fi if you are using your cellular data. 

3. Disable VPN and TOR connections on your mobile device. 

4. Restart your device. 

5. Remove and reinstall the Bakkt App on your device. 

6. Please reach out to customer care if you still experience this issue after taking these steps.
