How to Contact Bakkt® for Support
The Bakkt® App Help Center offers information and solutions to address most concerns that a Bakkt App user may have. For additional assistance, please reach out to our customer care team in the following ways:
A quick and direct way to receive assistance with customer care is via chat with a live agent. Chat support is accessed directly in the Bakkt® App and is always available for you. Here are the steps to access chat support from the app:
- Sign in to your Bakkt App account.
- Click on More from the menu at the bottom of your screen.
- Select Support.
- Click on Start Chat to be connected with a customer care agent on your mobile device.
There are several ways to reach out to us via email:
- Send an email by clicking here and submit a form.
- Make a request via firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Email us through the Bakkt App by selecting More from the menu at the bottom of your screen. Then, select Support and click on the option that you would prefer.
When sending a request, please do so with the email and the full name associated with your Bakkt App account.
If you suspect your account is compromised, call us immediately at 1-800-322-1719 so that your account can be disabled while the issue is further investigated.
