A quick and direct way to receive assistance with customer care is via chat with a live agent. Chat support is accessed directly in the Bakkt® App and is always available for you. Here are the steps to access chat support:
- Sign in to your Bakkt App account.
- After you are signed in, click on More from the menu at the bottom of your screen.
- Select Support.
- Click on Start Chat to be connected with a customer care agent on your mobile device.
